Dark & Stormy
2 ounces good dark rum (Pusser’s is my favorite)
5 ounces ginger beer (not ginger ale)
1 wedge lime
In a highball glass filled with ice cubes combine rum and ginger beer. Squeeze lime into glass and stir gently.
